Though, President Macron, who is keen on that matter, has indeed put this topic on the table of Paris Peace Forum,. Furthermore, Emmanuel Macron had also pleaded for a fair inclusive society, at Paris Peace Forum, which he initiated in 2018 addressing Antonio Guitterres, SG of United Nations speaking of exclusion because of the consequences of the deviances of social networks "This mistrust, it is also multiplied by the fact that all these transitions - and you mentioned it perfectly Mr. Secretary General just now - have shaken up our societies, and mean that our reflection on the Internet must also lead us to reflect on the opportunities that this allows for to create, on new forms of employment, on the capacity precisely to create inclusion in our societies, where distrust feeds on exclusions in access to the Internet, whether it is knowledge, networks or those who remain on the sidelines of this progress." had he indicated. The Head of State has also always pleaded for a "fight against inequalities, and a South-South governance report", in 2022, as he hosted "the Inclusive Growth Financing Forum" in 2019, (Paris Peace Forum )
