THE STORY :
The Plot follows the Three Moms from the First Film (Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn) dealing with their Own Mothers (Christine Baranski, Cheryl Hines, Susan Sarandon) visiting during the Christmas Holiday. Amy Mitchell (Mila Kunis), like every other Mom, is stressed out about making the Holiday special for her Family. As she is now with Jesse Harkness (Jay Hernandez) and having his Daughter Lori (Ariana Greenblat) spend time with her kids Jane (Oona Laurence) and Dylan (Emjay Anthon), Amy just wants to keep it chill for Christmas,

Kiki (Kristen Bell) is still totally overworked with her Four Kids trying to mess with the Christmas Tree, but this time her Husband Kent (Lyle Brocat) is lending a Hand. Kiki is surprised when her Mother Sandy (Cheryl Hines) shows up Three Days earlier than expected and is planning to spend the next Three Weeks with Kiki.
When Carla Dunkler (Kathryn Hahn) gets Home, her Mother Isis Dunkler (Susan Sarandon) is dropped off in front of her House from a Tour Bus, where she starts to light up a Joint. In contrast to Amy and Kiki, Carla is excited to see her Mom and to spend Time with her.
OUR REVIEW :
Sequel-franchising a Comedy by bringing in the uproariously inappropriate Older Generation is becoming a bit of a Familiar Move. It follows up the Story of Bad Moms, which came out just last year, about those Woefully Inadequate Parents. Now their own terrifying Mothers are coming to stay for Christmas. It´s very silly and more than a little sentimental, but often really funny. Yet if Women are underserved in Movies, Mothers are openly ignored. That´s part of what made last year´s “Bad Moms“ such a broadly effective and well-tossed Comic Grenade.

This Movie, like the previous one is at how underappreciated Mothers are, but mostly it is about how guilty they feel for failing, in one way or another, to live up to their own stressed-out Standards of Maternal Enlightenment. It is a crudely honest Social Comedy for the Megaplex Audience.
